Homeownership

Habitat for Humanity San Bernardino Area believes everyone deserves a good place to live. Habitat homebuyers receive financial education, help build their homes alongside volunteers, and pay an affordable mortgage.

Anyone can apply for Habitat for Humanity’s homeownership program during an open application period and we encourage veterans to apply.

Home Repair

From exterior paint to landscaping to weed abatement and more, Habitat for Humanity San Bernardino Area helps local homeowners in need of affordable repair solutions.

Our home repair program “A Brush With Kindness” focuses on minor exterior home repairs that revitalize existing homes and neighborhoods.

We regretfully announce the closure of our “A Brush with Kindness” home repair program effective June 2023.
